Career Compliance & Placement (“CCP”) is a woman owned minority business enterprise that has designed, planned, implemented, and administered winning Workforce Development Programs, Contract Compliance as well as Transfer of Wealth Tracking Services.
The CCP team has created the next generation of the public-private initiatives that put into action employment opportunities for minorities, residents, and females in an active construction industry. To the credit of the CCP design, we have provided workforce development for persons that have traditionally been excluded due to lack of training and opportunity. CCP’s staff has facilitated over 5000 minorities, 3000 residents, and over 500 women trained and placed in the building trades on statewide construction projects.
